Game console repair with real hardware troubleshooting.

We work on many common PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Steam Deck hardware problems, including damaged ports, power issues, overheating, and board-level faults.

What we repair

Common game console problems.

Repair availability depends on the console, the damage, and parts availability.

PlayStation

PS5 and other supported PlayStation hardware issues, including HDMI damage, no display, power faults, overheating, and selected board-level repairs.

Xbox

HDMI and display problems, power issues, overheating, storage-related symptoms, and other supported hardware faults.

Nintendo Switch

USB-C charging problems, damaged ports, no power, display issues, and selected board-level repair work.

Steam Deck and handhelds

Selected charging, port, power, and hardware problems on supported handheld gaming systems.

Why diagnosis matters

A damaged port is not always the whole problem.

HDMI and USB-C failures can involve the physical connector, damaged pads or traces, nearby components, or other faults on the board. We evaluate the console before assuming that replacing the visible part will solve everything.

For no-power, overheating, or intermittent problems, tell us what happened before the failure and whether the console was dropped, moved while connected, or exposed to liquid.

How service works

Bring the console, describe the symptom, and we will take it from there.

01

Check in the console

Tell us the model and what it is doing. If the problem involves a specific cable, dock, or power adapter, bring it when practical.

02

Diagnosis

We inspect the likely failure and determine the practical repair path. Diagnostic charges apply based on the device and work required.

03

Approve the repair

We explain the findings and expected cost before approved repair work moves forward.

Ports and display faults

PS5 HDMI port repair and no-display troubleshooting.

A damaged HDMI port is one of the more common PlayStation 5 hardware failures we evaluate. Symptoms can include no picture, a loose HDMI cable, a bent or broken port, intermittent video, or a console that powers on normally but never reaches the screen.

We inspect the port and surrounding board before recommending a repair. Impact damage can affect the HDMI connector itself, nearby traces, filters, or other display circuitry, so the right repair depends on what actually failed.

Common failures

Problems we commonly diagnose on game consoles.

The same symptom can have several causes, so we diagnose the hardware rather than replacing parts by guesswork.

PS5 HDMI port damage, no display, and intermittent video

Xbox HDMI, power, overheating, and startup problems

Nintendo Switch USB-C charging and damaged port issues

Console overheating, shutdowns, and fan-related symptoms

No-power, power-cycling, and board-level electrical faults

Steam Deck and handheld charging, port, and hardware issues

Console repair FAQ

A few useful things to know before bringing it in.

Can you replace a broken PS5 HDMI port?

Yes, when the console and board are otherwise repairable. We inspect the connector and nearby circuitry first because a hard impact can damage more than the visible port.

Why does my PS5 turn on but show no picture?

A damaged HDMI port is one possibility, but no-display problems can also involve the cable, television, HDMI circuitry, or board-level faults. Diagnosis helps separate those causes.

Do you repair Nintendo Switch charging ports?

We evaluate USB-C charging and port damage on supported Switch models. Charging failures can involve the connector, power circuitry, battery, or other internal components.

Do you work on Xbox and Steam Deck hardware?

Yes, for selected hardware problems. Repair availability depends on the model, symptoms, damage, and parts availability.
